the last of many

Greta and Molly are the last little pixies to go up in the shop this year. Gee there's been a few made this year but I do so love making them. From the inital fabric choices to mixing and matching and then watching them come together and then fly off to a loving new home, it's really very rewarding. They have taken over from painting tee's by a long shot but I will be back to the tee's soon. Lots of plans there.

Now I'm off to finish off some trades to send off before Chrissy. I think I'll be using the express post service there. I'm not sure yet what the postage delay is like here being a country town. Things seem to take a long time to get to me so it may be the same the other way around. Once I've finished all the trades then it's time to whip up some softies i've been wanting to make for my little folk and some of my neices and nephews and hopefuly a bit of summer clothing.

Busy busy busy...maybe someday I'll finish umpacking all those boxes from the move ...but that's no fun

the house is being taken over by pixies

Just look at them all lined up in a row! What a sweet little group of friends. All these little lasses already have new homes but there will be 2 more to come this week. I'm thinking maybe Tuesday or Wednesday and then that will be all the pixies until the new year.

There is an ultra special auction for one of my pixies over at Wear it Baby to raise funds for a little girl called Jess. It's a very important appeal so go have a bid on some of the wonderful stuff wahm's have made. There's some amazing stuff there!

New to the shop today are some way cute (if I do say so myself) little cards for Chrissy. I'm very happy with how these turned out and have a whole bunch of tags with the same design to go up as well.



Oh and in case you were thinking my camera had turned up, well no it hasn't. Lach was given a camera for work the other day. Talk about filling a need:D Lucky hey!

things are hard without a camera!

I've had a couple of things all ready for the store for a while now but no camera to take shots of them! Grrrrrr...... My camera got left behind while we were away about a month ago and still hasn't been returned to me. So stocking the store has proved a tad difficult. With chrissy creeping ever closer I decided I better do something and have used Lach's phone for the shots. Not real flash but not as bad as I feared.

We've had some crazy times and yucky gastro bugs so I haven't been able to get as much done as hoped. Today I will be stocking a couple of pixies and then randomly over the next week. I also have my cards and tags all ready but just need to get the phone out for some more shots. I'm pretty happy with how they have turned out and hopefully others will be too. They are actually my chrissy cards I'll be using this year featuring a couple of cute little pintsized cherubs. i have tee's all ready to print but really don't know how I'll go for time before chrissy and getting them all sent out espeically living in a country town where mail seems to be a bit slower.

Anyway check out the store if your on the search for something sweet for your little darling. Sorry to the Mum's of boys but I have sadly neglected them and don't have a lot of boys stock. Although this may change if I find the time in the next week.:D
